Question: What are the prerequisites for joining the Music Company?
Answer: You need to have completed a Discipleship Training School, filled out a Music Company staff application and passed a live or recorded audition.
Question: Can my band join the Music Company?
Answer: Yes, you can. However, please make sure you read the section titled ‘What We are Not.’
Question: I’m a lead singer, can you provide a band for me?
Answer: Unfortunately, we cannot. You can, however, recruit musicians for individual tours.
Question: Do I need a music degree to join the Music Company?
Answer: No, you do not. Of course, any music training you have had will help.
Question: Do you provide instruments for your musicians?
Answer: No, we do not. You will need to bring your own.
Question: Where will I practice?
Answer: We have one large soundproof practice room. This room is shared by all Music Company staff. For individual practice, you can practice in your dorm room, as well.
Question: Do you have a recording studio?
Answer: YWAM Montana does have a recording studio. Staff of YWAM Montana are given a discount for studio time.
